2-DAY RUSH SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS

 Order must be clearly marked "2 DAY RUSH".
 All orders are subject to inventory availability. Call for details.
 2 day production period includes working days only. The first day of production is the first working day after Proinnovative receives complete order; orders ship the second working day after receipt of complete order. Complete order and artwork must be received at factory by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
 Established open line of credit or credit card. If in doubt, we recommend credit verification before sending order.
 Complete order and artwork must be received at factory by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Complete order means:

Purchase Order with accurate:
 Pricing
 Quantities
 Ship method (ground shipments excluded)
 In hands date
 Bill to and Ship to address

 Artwork: for new orders art must be emailed (must be Vector EPS files with text converted to curves) or have camera ready artwork enclosed. For repeat orders or straight line copy, previous order # or font style must be supplied. See ART on page 46 for more details.

 Special requests (packaging, split ships) cannot be accepted. All orders will be shipped in standard packaging.
 Order acknowledgments will be faxed no later than 3:00 pm PST. Paper proofs not available.
 Items available, quantity and cost are indicated on individual item pages of catalog.
 Rush fees are incremental to all other running charges and setup fees.
 The responsibility of Proinnovative to meet specific dates ceases once freight is tendered to transportation company.
