Rush Ordering Information

It is our goal to accommodate and meet every client's in hands needs. Rush services are available on many products. Availability and pricing is noted on individual product pages on the website. Other rush options may be available - please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team to see if a solution can be found for your client's order.

These specifications ensure that there will be no delay in the processing of your order. Proinnovative can not be held responsible for delayed orders if these ordering guidelines are not followed.

SPECIAL RUSH ORDERING SPECIFICATIONS

    • Order must be complete with accurate:
      • Pricing
      • Complete bill to information
      • Ship method, Shipping Account Number (if applicable) and Complete Ship To information
      • Product Quantity, Color, and Imprint Color
      • IN HANDS DATE
    • Decoration limited to single color, single location. PMS Matches may not be possible. Call for availability of digital printing services.
    • Quantity limits apply. Consult product page on website for details.
    • Order should be clearly marked for rush service.
    • ARTWORK: For new orders, vector art must be emailed with order. For repeat orders, previous purchase order or Proinnovative sales order number must be referenced. For straight line copy, font style or font file must be supplied with order. See our general specifications page for additional artwork requirement details. GENERAL ORDERING SPECIFICATIONS
    • ART PROOFS: Proofs are not available on 24-Hour, 48-Hour, or 3 Day rush orders. Changes to artwork will affect production timing. Proofs are required on all other rushes and are provided without charge. Delays in approvals may cause a delay in our ability to ship on previously established ship dates.
    • INVENTORY: All orders are subject to inventory availability. Please contact our customer service team to double check current availabilty and make reservations, if needed.
    • PRODUCTION TIME: Production period includes working days only. The first day of production is the first working day after Proinnovative receives complete order; 2-Day and 3-Day Rush Orders ship the second and third working day after receipt of complete order. Complete order and artwork must be received at factory by 10:00 AM. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be considered received the following day.

        Examples:
      • 24 Hour Rush Orders received before 10:00 AM on Monday will ship Tuesday.
      • 48 Hour Rush Orders received before 10:00 AM on Monday will ship Wednesday.
      • 3-Day Rush Orders received before 10:00 AM on Monday will ship Thursday.
      • 24 Hour Rush Orders received after 10:00 AM on Monday will be considered received on Tuesday and ships Wednesday.
      • 48 Hour Rush Orders received after 10:00 AM on Monday will be considered received on Tuesday and ships Thursday.
      • 3-Day Rush Orders received after 10:00 AM on Monday will be considered received on Tuesday and ships Friday.

    • Established open line of credit or credit card. If in doubt, we recommend credit verification before sending order.
    • Rush fees are incremental to all other running charges and setup fees.
    • The responsibility of Proinnovative to meet specific dates ceases once freight is tendered to transportation company.
